My name is Cesar Guerrero.
I'm a 4th generation Joliet resident who is proud of his city.
I'm a Joliet West and JJC graduate, running for Joliet City Council at large because I believe that safe drinking water is the least that the working families of Joliet deserve.
While families like mine wonder how they'll afford the next water bill, Joliet's leaders fail to meet the moment again and again, by spending their time shutting down public debate so they can pass billions in unpopular giveaways to the mega-corporations who want to use our water, roads, and bridges without paying their fair share.
I love this town and I know that the people of Joliet have a fighting spirit. That's what this campaign is all about. As your city councilor at large, I pledge to fight every day for the working families of Joliet to ensure access to clean drinking water, a top quality education, safe hospitals, and safe roads and bridges.
